Most schools require parents to bring proof of residency, the child’s birth certificate, custody papers, and the child’s immunization record with the following: two doses Varicella or proof of having had the disease; hepatitis B series (all three doses); four DTP; two measles; mumps and rubella; and three or more doses of the oral polio vaccine.

Feel Better is The American Cancer Society’s free program that teaches beauty techniques to female cancer patients in active treatment to help them combat the appearance-related side effects of cancer treatment.
