Most respondents to our latest online poll say they don't have to worry about their children's smartphone habits because they forbid them from using one.
In light of recent reports that more and more young people are turning to their smartphones to access the Internet, we asked, "As a parent, how closely do you monitor your child's smartphone use?"
65 percent (65 votes): I don't allow my child to have such a device.
15 percent (15): Not at all. I trust my child not to look at unapproved sites.
15 percent (15): I have set parental controls.
5 percent (5): I am unsure how to monitor smartphone use.
