Charges of indecent assault and corruption of minors against Nathan Duncan, 32, of Brush Valley Township, were dismissed Nov. 19, 2012, after Duncan was ruled not competent to stand trial because of intellectual disabilities, according to Indiana County District Attorney Patrick Dougherty.

Incomplete information on Duncan’s charges were included in a story Tuesday on the sentencing of his father, Ralph Duncan, 84, also of Brush Valley Township, for sexual assault and intimidation of a witness.
