Gospel quartet to perform Sunday
April 06, 2013 10:49 AM

The Steel City Quartet, based in Sutersville, will perform a Southern gospel concert at 7 p.m. Sunday at the Dixonville Wesleyan Church.

Over the past several decades, the Steel City Quartet has rightfully gained a reputation for being one of the most inspirational and dynamic Southern gospel groups to perform in the tri-state area, although their popularity has spread well beyond the boundaries of Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.

The Steel City Quartet has proven to be one of the few performing gospel groups to provide wholesome comic relief in live concert performances, while sharing the gospel message of Jesus Christ through music and song. Their powerful delivery of gospel music has generated a highly energized and fresh country sound that is distinctively their own style.

The concert will take place at the Dixonville Wesleyan Church, 246 Purchase Line Road, Dixonville. For more information, contact the office at (724) 254-1930.
