Zachary Robertson, 21, of Greensburg, was charged with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after he was stopped in the 700 block of Philadelphia Street at 5 p.m. Friday, according to Indiana police. Robertson was lodged in the Indiana County Jail to await arraignment before District Magistrate Susanne Steffee, police said.
Phillip Maines, 25, of Shelocta, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident in the men’s restroom at the Indiana Mall, 2334 Oakland Ave., at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, state police at Indiana reported today.
Linda Dawn Hill, 40, whose address was not provided by police, is accused of trying to take merchandise valued at $861 from Walmart, 3100 Oakland Ave., at 3:42 p.m. Thursday, according to state police at Indiana.
The home of Daniel and Darlene Applegate along Chestnut Ridge Road was broken into during the past week, state police at Indiana said today. Nothing was reported missing.
