Diana D. Watson, a senior at Indiana Area Senior High School, has been named the Junior Women’s Civic Club March Girl of the Month. She is the daughter of David and Denise Watson, of Indiana.
Diana’s school activities include O Ambassadors, SENDRACS Club, Key Club, Thon, musicals and plays, the dance team, mock trial, Thespian Society and Trick or Treat so Kids Can Eat. She is a dance camp instructor and is involved with Coaches vs. Cancer.
She is a member of the National Honor Society and is on the High Honor Roll.
Diana has received letters in varsity soccer and also plays for a team in the West Penn travel league.
Her dancing has included solos at Sharon’s School of Dance and Gymnastics.
She is involved with Sunday school at Graystone Presbyterian Church, is a counselor at Summer’s Best Two Weeks, and is an acolyte and a helper at the nursery.
She is a Salvation Army bell ringer and is a baby sitter.
Diana enjoys dancing, reading and spending time with her family and friends.
She plans to attend Duquesne University and possibly pursue a doctorate in physical therapy.
