Criminal complaints and affidavits of probable cause are not evidence of guilt in a criminal case. Henry Hosaac George VII, 27, of Home, charged April 5 by state police with felony counts of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property at various times in Washington Township. The case is still active.
Terri Diane Rummel, 31, of Ross Mountain Park Road, New Florence, charged April 5 by state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and four summary charges at 11:29 p.m. March 9 on State Route 56, East Wheatfield Township.
According to court documents, Rummel’s blood alcohol content was 0.12 percent.

Dylan Edward Duffey, 21, of Fisher Lane, Ligonier, charged April 5 by state police with one count of possession of a controlled substance at 11 a.m. April 4 in Burrell Township. The case is still active.
Melinda Ann Griffen, 31, of Chestnut Street, Blairsville, charged April 8 by state police with endangering the welfare of children at 1:29 p.m. on Chestnut Street, Burrell Township. The case is still active.
Emily May Shearer, 40, of Third Avenue, Avonmore, charged April 10 by Saltsburg Police with two counts of possession of marijuana at between 11:06 and 11:51 p.m. March 20 on Salt Street, Indiana County. The case is still active.
Patrick James Mack, 50, of Hoover Street, Blairsville, charged April 9 by state police with two counts of DUI and three summary charges at 12:27 a.m. March 1 on State Route 56, Armagh Borough. The case is still active.
Jacqueline D. Pratt, 43, of Maysville, and Joshua L. Manners, 20, of Third Street, Avonmore, charged April 10 by state police with possession of a controlled substance, presenting false identification to an officer and two summary charges between 11:06 and 11:51 p.m. March 20 on Salt Street, Indiana County. The case is still active.
Richard Clair Quick Jr., 22, of Scotland Drive, Blairsville, charged April 12 by Blairsville Police with possession and manufacture of a controlled substance, as well as one summary charge on March 17 in Indiana County. The case is still active.
