Indiana Borough police arrested Donald Ickes, no age reported, of Blairsville, after an intoxicated driver was reported at the Taco Bell drive-thru at 1105 Oakland Ave., according to police reports.

Police said Ickes had left when they arrived, but returned to complain about his order, at which point he was arrested. Police said he provided false information about who he was, but was eventually identified.

He faces charges of DUI and providing false identification to law enforcement, according to reports.


Public drunkenness

Alexa Natalia Forsey, 19, of Pittsburgh, was cited with underage drinking and public drunkenness at 3:41 a.m. Sunday after Indiana University of Pennsylvania police reported she was found intoxicated and unconscious in the first-floor lobby of Ruddock Hall. She was treated at Indiana Regional Medical Center, then held in the Indiana County Jail on a temporary detainer, police reported.

Brock Ryan Boyer, 18, of Lebanon, was cited with public drunkenness and underage drinking at 12:03 a.m. Saturday at Grant Street and Garman Avenue, IUP police reported. He was transported to Indiana Regional Medical Center for treatment, according to police.


Disorderly conduct

IUP police cited Michael T. Conner-White, 18, of Philadelphia, and Shanaya Day-Merkerson, 18, of Darby, with disorderly conduct after a disturbance at 6:12 a.m. Saturday at 319 Stephenson Hall, according to police.


Damaged sign

Adagio Health Services officials told Indiana Borough police that someone broke their business sign in half at 10th and Oak streets between 4 p.m. Friday and 12:30 p.m. Sunday, according to police reports.


Drug possession

State police in Indiana reported that a 34-year-old Ernest man was charged with possession of drugs and paraphernalia after a traffic stop around 4:50 p.m. Monday on Old Route 119 at Route 110, north of Indiana.

The man was not named.

Disorderly conduct

Lakeyshia Shannon Moody, 29, of Indiana, was cited with disorderly conduct around 4:55 p.m. Friday in Millay Circle, state police in Indiana reported.

Police said she created a disturbance by yelling outside the apartment building for several minutes.



Criminal mischief

Someone shattered the front windshield of a white 2006 Ford Van TK belonging to Continental Construction, in Ridgway, at a construction site on Route 22 overnight Monday and Tuesday, state police in Indiana reported.




Drug paraphernalia

State police in Ebensburg charged Robert James Yuhas, 28, of Vintondale, with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 1:31 a.m. Friday on Second Street at Mountain Avenue, according to police reports.
