State police at Indiana charged Frances Laughard, 23, of Seward, with burglary and theft by unlawful taking.
Police said that on May 5, Laughard broke into the residence of Stephen Probst, 251 Laughard Lane, and stole a check.
Christopher Zeisler, 33, of Indiana, was cited for public drunkenness after state police said he created a disturbance at 2:53 a.m. Thursday in the emergency room at Indiana Regional Medical Center.
Someone stole a side mirror from a Jeep Compass parked at the Donut Connection, 1024 Philadelphia St., at about 1:30 a.m. May 5, according to Indiana police.
Indiana University of Pennsylvania police observed an intoxicated female being helped to walk by two males at 12:37 a.m. May 7 along Pratt Drive.
Officers took the female, identified by police as Amanda Slupski, 22, of Girard, into custody and cited her with public drunkenness, according to reports. She was later released to a sober adult.
Indiana police cited Cody Shaub, 20, of Manheim, with underage drinking at 2:23 a.m. May 5 at 435 S. Seventh St.
Indiana police cited Matthew Plautz, 22, of Cranberry Township, with hosting a disorderly gathering.
Police said a large party at Plautz’s residence in the 700 block of Locust Street caused a public disturbance at 7:22 p.m. May 4.
Jada Richardson, 18, of York, was cited with harassment following unspecified incidents in McCarthy Hall at 10:30 p.m. May 6, IUP police said. The victim was not identified by police.
State police at Indiana cited William Meagher, 39, of Homer City, with harassment following a dispute at 9:15 a.m. May 3 at a residence in Buffington Township, according to state police at Indiana. Police did not identify the victim.
