NARFE scheduled to meet
May 18, 2013 10:49 AM

Members of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees (NARFE) organization will meet for their monthly luncheon at Hoss’s Steak and Sea House on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. Following lunch, the monthly meeting will begin at 12:30 p.m.

Our Indiana chapter officers will highlight relevant issues and important pending legislation that may impact the active federal workforce and retirees at the meeting. The legislative officer will provide details about the pending H.R. 1780 legislation that would dismantle the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHBP) by forcing federal employees into the State Insurance Exchange under the Affordable Care Act.

All NARFE members of Chapter 2124 are invited, as well as anyone interested in learning more about NARFE.
