Royal Fun Faire
CLYMER — Calvary Baptist Church will hold a free Royal Fun Faire and cookout from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the church, Route 286, two miles east of Clymer.
The cookout includes hot dogs, popcorn, snow cones and more. There will be games, crafts, face painting, balloons and a bouncy inflatable castle and slide.
Those age 4 through those entering grade 6 in the fall and their families are invited. Register for the upcoming Bible school to be held June 17 to 21 and enter drawing for a special prize.

Giant yard sale
The Lighthouse, Morning Star Ministries, will continue its gigantic yard sale with most prices 50 percent off until 4 p.m. today at the church, located at 4886 Route 240, between Uniontown and Cookport.
The yard sale will have many great items, including clothing, electronics, Christmas decorations, household items and more. There will be a bake sale, and the concession stand will be open with plenty of food.
There is also a large playground on site for the children to enjoy.
All proceeds go to the Mexico missions. The church is sending a team of 10 in October to a boys’ ranch in Monterrey, Mexico, to help with the construction of a medical center. The team will also minister to the poor and needy on the streets with food and medical supplies.
All monetary donations are tax deductible. Checks should be payable to Morning Star Ministries Missions.

Ebenezer festival and bazaar
LEWISVILLE — Ebenezer Presbyterian Church, 5620 Newport Road, Lewisville, is holding its annual strawberry festival and bazaar from 4 to 7 p.m. today. There will be a basket raffle and homemade baked goods, angel food cake, strawberries and ice cream, as well as lamb sandwiches, ham barbecues, hot dogs and hot sausage sandwiches, potato salad and baked beans.

Music Sunday/lasagna dinner
Music Sunday and a lasagna dinner will be held at 11 a.m. Sunday at Crete Presbyterian Church, 25 Brady Road, Indiana.
The choir, under the direction of June Weber, will lead worship. Dr. Cal Weber directs the orchestra ensemble. A lasagna dinner will follow. Donations will go to the Alice Paul House for domestic violence and the Pathway homeless shelter in Black Lick.

Since 1992 Joyce has been traveling full time as a gospel soloist, speaker and songwriter. Hailing from Hurricane, W.Va., Joyce now goes from Arizona to Maine, and Canada to Florida both singing and preaching the Word of God.
