Penns Manor to offer summer lunches

The Penns Manor Area School District will offer a summer meal program under the U.S. Department of Agriculture Seamless Summer Option.

Free meals will be available to all children who reside the school district who are 18 years of age or under, as well as those over age 18 who meet the federal definition of mentally or physically disabled persons. Adults can purchase breakfast for $1.50 and lunch for $3. No reservations are required.

Breakfast will be served from 8:30 to 9 a.m. and lunch will be served from 11 a.m. to noon on the following days in the high school cafeteria:

• June 24-28: Monday through Friday

• July 1-3: Monday through Wednesday

• July 8-12: Monday through Friday

• July 15-19: Monday through Friday

Lunch only will be served from 11 a.m. to noon on the following days in the cafeteria:

• Aug. 12-16: Monday through Friday

• Aug. 19-23: Monday through Friday
