LANCASTER (AP) — Police said a 5-year-old girl was abducted by a man offering to take her for ice cream as she played in her yard, but she was found safe two hours later after two boys spotted her in a car.

Investigators said they are checking with area ice cream shops as they search for the suspect, who is between the age of 50 and 70 and walks with a limp.

Police said Jocelyn Rojas was reported missing around 4:30 p.m. Thursday in Lancaster Township, just outside the city of Lancaster.

Two hours later, police in nearby Manheim Township said two teenage boys spotted a girl matching Rojas’ description inside a car. They began following the vehicle on their bicycles and police said the driver eventually stopped and let the girl out before driving off.
