BOSTON (AP) — Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, charged with using a weapon of mass destruction in the bombings that killed three people and wounded 260 during the Boston Marathon, is expected to be arraigned in federal court in Boston this afternoon.

Tsarnaev, 19, could face the death penalty for the attack.

He had his initial court appearance at a hospital, where he was recovering from injuries suffered in a shootout with police after he was found bleeding and hiding in a boat in the suburb of Watertown just days after the April 15 explosion.
