READING (AP) — Police in eastern Pennsylvania are searching for a man who stabbed a teenager to death on a street near his Reading home.
Authorities say Wilberto Rojas, 15, died on the way to a hospital after his neck was slashed at about 6:30 p.m. Friday.
Neighbor Eddie Gomez told WFMZ-TV that the teenager had just left his house and was heading to the YMCA with a group of friends.
Police said that’s when a man ran up and sliced the teenager’s neck.
Investigators described the assailant as a man in his late 20s to early 30s.
