PHILADELPHIA (AP) — The grandson of a 95-year-old woman and his friend have been sentenced to prison terms in a home invasion and assault of the elderly victim in her northeast Philadelphia home earlier this year.

Gregory Drobish, 28, was sentenced Friday to 3ᄑ to 7 years in prison in the March 3 break-in after pleading guilty to burglary, robbery and other counts. In a separate hearing, Christopher Brunkel, 31, was sentenced to 13 to 26 years in a plea agreement after guilty pleas to charges including aggravated assault, robbery and burglary.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reported Drobish tearfully apologized and Brunkel also apologized for his actions.
