First Commonwealth Bank recently hired Thomas C. Doyle as vice president/loan workout officer.
In this role, Doyle will be responsible for restructuring and working out the largest and most complex problem business banking, commercial and/or real estate loans.
His work will include reviewing existing loan documentation for completeness and accuracy, working closely with borrowers to understand their company’s financial issues and then formulating a strategy to bring the account to current status.
Doyle has 25 years of loan workout experience with prominent financial institutions, including TD Bank in Asheville, N.C., and M&T Bank in Altoona.
He is a graduate of Long Island University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science. He earned his MBA degree in international finance from Adelphi University.
