HOMER CITY — Mike Newhouse rushed for 93 yards, Ean Lee added 68 yards, and Homer-Center crushed Saltsburg in a Heritage Conference football game at Memorial Field on Friday night.

The Wildcats went up 35-0 in the first half, and the clock didn’t stop in the second half due to the mercy rule.

The Trojans lost starting quarterback Tyler Frassenei to a knee injury in the first quarter, and he did not return.

Lee scored rushing touchdowns of 27 and 15 yards and returned a punt 54 yards for a score.

Newhouse added touchdowns of 35 and 2 yards, Anthony Caruso scored on a 2-yard run, and Mark Coleman scored on a 75-yard run.

Tanner Yard scored Saltsburg’s touchdown on a 41-yard run.
