DUI, traffic violations
Derick Palmer, 22, of Glassboro, N.J., was charged with DUI, driving the wrong way, backing up improperly and having no rear lights after being stopped at 11:18 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of S. Eighth St., according to borough police.
Kaleen M. Hanslovan, 20, of Dubois, and Amanda R. Maddalena, 19, of Ridgway, were charged with public drunkenness and underage drinking, according to IUP police. Police said the two women appeared to be staggering and swaying down Grant St. at 11:32 p.m. Sept. 14 near Foster Hall.
Someone stole a bike at approximately 4 p.m. Sept. 15 from the Railroad Street home of Ella May Fetterman, 58, of Rossiter, state police at Punxsutawney report.

Derry township, Westmoreland county
Adam Potter, 33, of New Alexandria, faces charges after harassing a man and trespassing on his property around 8 p.m. Sept. 17 at the New House trailer court, according to police.
A 16-year-old man assaulted Michael Rengers Sr. around 7:40 p.m. at the Longview Trailer Court, according to state police at Greensburg.
