St. Andrew’s Village Auxiliary will host its annual book and bake sale Friday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at St. Andrew’s Village, 1155 Indian Springs Road, White Township.
If you would like to donate any gently used books for the St. Andrew’s Auxiliary fundraiser, feel free to deliver them to the campus between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
“The mission and fundraising efforts of the Friends of the Village/Auxiliary at St. Andrew’s Village is to contribute and help make improvements for the residents on our campus,” Brian Parks, executive director at St. Andrew’s Village, said in a release. “The book and bake sale is one of this group’s largest fundraising efforts.”
Also Friday, St. Andrew’s is co-hosting a seasonal flu vaccine clinic with the Visiting Nurse Association of Indiana County.
Those who receive their flu vaccine will be given a gift certificate for a free hot dog at the auxiliary’s book and bake sale.
The clinic will be held in the dining room of the Village House personal care neighborhood between 10 a.m. and noon and at Grace Manor, 580 N. Ninth St., in White Township, from 1 to 2 p.m.
