I would like to thank Indiana Mall manager Sherry Renosky and all the stores that participated in the trick-or-treat night on Wednesday. I took my 4-year-old nephew, and he had such an exciting time. I think that the whole thing went off without too much to complain about.
About the only thing that I can honestly find to complain about is the fact that the line got slowed up here and there because the little ones were trying so hard to keep the line going, but were trying to see each and every costume as well as I was.
My nephew Tyreese had such a great time, and enjoyed all of the other costumes. He was mesmerized by looking at this costume and that costume. He sure was tired when it was all said and done.
I want to thank you all for the fun times and wanted to say Happy Halloween to you all. Looking forward to next year with my nephew again.
There is one thing, though, I do miss the good ole days when the mall used to bring in superstars like those from “Days of Our Lives,” and they always had all kinds of pageants, shows, baseball and football players and music of some sort. Our mall is missing out on all those great things we used to do. It would be great if our mall could start doing more things like we did back in the day.
