Teenagers ages 14 through 18 interested in engineering and robotics are invited to join the Gears 4-H Club.
The club works with youth in the First for Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology (www.usfirst.org) program to build robots to enter in the western Pennsylvania regional competition.
The next meeting will be held at noon Saturday at Bridge Deck Solutions, 61 Cherry Hill Road, Latrobe, in the Westmoreland Airpark.
Last year, members of the club designed, built, and programmed robots to compete in regional competition. For more information or to register, contact the Penn State Extension office at (724) 837-1402.
