Traves Christopher Weatherford, 29, of Clymer, was charged with driving under the influence following a vehicle accident at 2:46 a.m. Dec. 8 in which he wrecked into a parked car in the 500 block of Chestnut Street, according to borough police.
Weatherford awaits a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Guy Haberl.
According to borough police, Kyle George opened up a police cruiser’s door and began yelling at the officer seated inside at about 11:45 p.m. Saturday in the police department’s parking lot.
George was then arrested and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct, police said.
Borough police reported that James Dickens, 20, of Spring Church, was found to be in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at 12:34 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block of Nixon Street.
Dickens, police said, was also highly intoxicated and falsely identified himself to officers.
He faces charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, purchase of alcohol by a minor, public drunkenness and making false identification to law enforcement, police said.
A preliminary hearing before Haberl will be scheduled, according to online court documents.

Indiana University of Pennsylvania police reported that Andrew C. Goetz, 19, of Harleysville, and Jason G. Ives, 18, of River Vale, N.J., were found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and a small amount of marijuana just before 10 p.m. Sunday in a dorm room in Delaney Hall at the IUP campus.
Ives was charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia; Goetz was charged with having a small amount of marijuana for personal use.
Preliminary hearings for the both are scheduled for Feb. 27 before Haberl.
