The Indiana County Development Corporation held its annual meeting on Friday at HighPointe at Indian Springs in White Township.
Carson Greene Jr., vice president and chairman of the Nominations Committee, presented the following current members for reappointment: Richard A. Clawson (Indiana-Armstrong Builders Association), Thomas Teal (McDonald’s Restaurants) and David G. Antolik (S&T Bank).
They were unanimously elected to three-year terms through January 2017.
Greene also presented a slate of officer reappointments on the ICDC board: James A. Wiley (at-large), president; and Dr. Robert C. Camp (Indiana University of Pennsylvania), assistant treasurer. Clawson serves as secretary-treasurer. They were unanimously elected to serve two-year terms through January 2016.
The ICDC board has a reciprocal seat agreement with the Indiana County Chamber of Commerce, and Wiley and Greene were appointed to serve on the chamber board as ICDC representatives through January 2015.
Following the annual meeting, the ICDC held its regularly scheduled board meeting to discuss current initiatives, including the Windy Ridge Business & Technology Park and the 119 Business Park / Joseph Land Development.
The ICDC is a private, nonprofit, economic development organization established to promote the industrial and economic development initiatives of Indiana County.
