Chad Clawson, of Indiana, told state police at Indiana his iPhone was stolen between 4:14 and 4:45 p.m. Tuesday while he was working at the Ironwood Grill.
State police at Indiana said a burglar forced open a porch door at Audrey Fulmer’s residence near Creekside between 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Police said the intruder made no attempt to enter the residence through a second door.
State police from the Kiski Valley station arrested Stephen Gabor, 42, of Vandergrift, and charged him with stalking his former fiancee.
Police said that on Jan. 20, the female victim, identified only as a 41-year-old woman from Kent, told state police at Indiana about ongoing and unwanted communication received from Gabor. A state trooper contacted Gabor and advised him the victim wanted him to stop all contact with her.
But on Monday, the woman told police of additional incidents of what police called repeated harassing communication and personal visits from Gabor since Jan. 20.
Police said the woman alleged that Gabor made two uninvited visits to her residence, repeatedly contacted her by phone and Facebook, and sent 39 emails to her work email address between Saturday and Monday. During one visit to the woman’s residence on Sunday, Gabor defied the woman’s order for him to leave.
On Monday Gabor was taken into custody and charged with stalking, harassment and criminal trespass. He was placed in the Indiana County Jail.
Indiana police said Richard Rotosky, 37, of Indiana, had heroin and drug paraphernalia in his possession while in the 500 block of Philadelphia Street at 10 p.m. Jan. 27.
He was charged with possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.

David Cole, 21, of Perkasie, and Corsair Layton, 20, of Erdenhelm, were charged by Indiana police with possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia.
Indiana police said the two men had the marijuana at 5:15 p.m. Jan. 24 along the 800 block of Grant Street.

Indiana police said Shane Sullivan, 21, of Clune, had a marijuana smoking pipe at 8:25 p.m. Dec. 26 while he was along the first block of South Ninth Street.
He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Levi Overturf, 21, of Emporium, had marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia at 8:37 p.m. Jan. 31 while along the 800 block of Garman Avenue, according to Indiana police.
Overturf was charged with possession of marijuana and marijuana paraphernalia and driving with an obscured license plate.
