An Indiana woman didn’t have it her way at Burger King on Friday — and she called 911 to complain, police said.

State police at Indiana said Heather Naomi Smith, 22, placed an order at 1:30 p.m. at the Burger King along Oakland Avenue in White Township. When she received her food she discovered the order was wrong and became upset, police said. She dialed 911, was connected to a police emergency line and demanded assistance with her food order.

While waiting for a state trooper to arrive she got out of her vehicle that was in the restaurant’s drive-thru lane and started yelling and engaging in what police described as threatening behavior that caused public alarm.

Smith, whose address was not provided by police, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Police said it was also discovered that Smith is wanted in South Carolina on outstanding charges but no details were available this morning on the nature of those charges.
