CLYMER — The elementary faculty at Calvary Baptist Academy decided to take advantage of the snow by providing the students with a sled-riding activity recently.
Even though they have missed some days of school, the students still found time to make it outside to go sled riding. The kindergarten students, as well as grades one through six, enjoyed this escape from the classroom for a couple of hours. The mass amounts of snow that we have gotten took on a positive effect.

Despite the fact that snow often makes many people down and gloomy, the students still found a way to make it enjoyable and memorable.
In other areas, this week the students received their third-quarter progress reports, letting them know where they stand academically. The reports hopefully will encourage each student to continue working hard to achieve their best during the school year, with the hopes of earning a top grade at the year’s end.
