IUP police said they charged Brenden Pippens, 18, and Darrin Muldrow, 19, both of Pittsburgh, with possession of a small amount of marijuana. Police encountered the pair at 9:53 p.m. March 7 at Delaney Hall, according to reports.
Indiana police have charged Jessica Rilo, 20, of Mechanicsburg, with public drunkenness and underage drinking.
Punxsutawney Borough police officers, who were assisting Indiana police last weekend during the IUPatty’s Day celebrations, said they found Rilo on the side- walk near the Sheetz store at 768 Wayne Ave. at 8:25 p.m. March 8. She was taken by ambulance to Indiana Regional Medical Center.

Indiana University of Pennsylvania police cited Austin Ahrndt, 18, of Bridgeville, with underage drinking and public drunkenness after they found him sitting in front of the entrance to Delaney Hall at 12:45 a.m. Sunday, according to reports.

Campus police charged Erik Robison, 18, of Lancaster, with resisting arrest, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and underage drinking, after officers encountered him at 11:01 p.m. March 8 at Stephenson Hall.

IUP police noticed an intoxicated female trying to open a door to Cogswell Hall at 4:58 p.m. March 7.
Police did not identify the juvenile female who was charged with underage drinking and public intoxication.

Michael Costello, 19, of Philadelphia, was cited with public drunkenness after IUP police found him wearing an alcohol-soaked T-shirt and stumbling outside Delaney Hall at 12 a.m. Sunday, police said.

IUP police cited two juveniles for possession of alcohol and underage drinking following a DUI traffic stop at 1:31 a.m. March 8 in the 500 block of Pratt Drive. Police did not identify the juveniles.
The moon roof of a gold Volvo S80 was smashed with a block of wood between midnight and 11:14 a.m. March 8 while parked in the Hadley Union Building lot.

Credit card theft
A victim, who was not identified by IUP police, told officers that someone gained access to her credit card account and made purchases in excess of $500 in Florida and New York. Police said the theft was reported March 8.
Alexander Harmon, 30, of Indiana, was charged with DUI, several traffic violations and driving while his license was suspended, police said. IUP officers stopped Harmon as he was driving on Oakland Avenue at South 11th Street at 12:32 a.m. Feb. 9.
