St. Patty's Open raises $20,000
Members of Quota International of Indiana are celebrating after raising more than $20,000 at their St. Patty’s Open, an indoor golf tournament that raises funds to support local charities in the Indiana community.
The event, held March 21, has raised in excess of $116,000 since it began in 2006.

Participating downtown Indiana locations included Al Patti’s, Benjamin’s, Boomerang’s, Brunzie’s, The Coney, Cosumel, HB Culpeppers, Steel City Samiches Bar and Grille, Twisted Jimmy’s and Wolfie’s Pub & Club/ Grub’s Sports Bar. Seventy-two teams participated in the event this year. Tournament winners were sponsored by Jesse Putt of All Source Services Group. Best Golf Hole was awarded to Wolfie’s this year.
Environmental Service Labs & Surveying Companies was once again the signature sponsor for the event. S&T Bank and First Commonwealth were course sponsors. Marquee sponsors included Bud Light; Benjamin’s/Brunzie’s; Friends of Dave Reed; Keystone Fundraising Solutions; Romeo’s Pizzeria and Mediterranean Kitchens/Taz?; and Wolfendale’s/Grub’s Sports Bar.

Quota of Indiana continues an active schedule of community service, including a mentoring program for children and teens; distribution of ear plugs at community events to build awareness of the importance of hearing protection and speech and hearing issues; support for families through The Salvation Army Treasures for Children program; and support of the Back to School Bash, the Big Hearts Little Hands program at the Indiana County YMCA, the ICCAP homeless shelter, the ICCAP Power Pack Program, Hopeful Hearts and countless other community service initiatives.
Quota of Indiana also has donated sound-amplification devices to area schools and supports Deaf Awareness Day at the Indiana Mall. Quota International of Indiana has been a Bronze Sponsor for the Downtown Indiana Renaissance Indiana revitalization project.
In January, Quota of Indiana, in partnership with The Coney Island, raised more than $9,000 during its 11th annual Alice Paul House fundraising event.
To date, Quota International of Indiana has raised and donated almost $60,000 to the Alice Paul House.
