One day I was riding with my family down by Mack Park. I noticed a pile of scrap metal lying in a yard. I asked my grandma why there was so much scrap lying around. She told me she didn’t know and to write a letter to the editor.
My name is Breann and I am 10 years old. I am curious to know when this will be cleaned up. When my dad drives by, he says the scrap is worth a lot of money. My question is why don’t they sell the scrap and make an Elm Street Project or build a dog park or something nice for the Indiana community.
Thank you for building the Kovalchick Complex. My family enjoys the events that take place there.
