Bus-car crash

Indiana police and fire units and Citizens’ Ambulance Service responded a two-vehicle accident shortly after 8 a.m. Wednesday at Fourth and Philadelphia streets in downtown Indiana.

Indiana Fire Association Assistant Chief Ron Moreau said there were no students on the school bus, and the drivers, who were not identified, appeared to be shaken up as they were checked out by Citizens’ personnel.

Borough police and the district’s bus company are investigating, and Import Auto Works was called in to tow away the sport utility vehicle.
