New staff were recruited to ICTC to expand curriculum and further educational opportunities for Indiana County students.

Mrs. Jessica Robertson was hired as the Information Technology Services instructor after the retirement of Mr. Russ Messenger. Prior to this current appointment, Robertson played a huge role in providing and maintaining ICTC’s schoolwide information technology services as network technician. She holds a master’s degree in education and a bachelor’s in business technology support and training.

Taking on the role as the new Health Occupations instructor is Mrs. Erin Zack. Zack, like Robertson, is no stranger to ICTC as she previously served as LPN instructor for ICTC’s Practical Nursing program.

Zack’s r←sum← also includes instructional positions for the RN programs at Mount Aloysius and Westmoreland County Community College. Prior to those roles, Zack served 15 years as an emergency room and home health nurse. Zack holds an MSN with focus in education.

Assisting Zack in the Health Occupations classroom and lab is the new instructional assistant, Mrs. Margie Allison. Allison comes to us directly from Indiana Regional Medical Center where she was employed for more than two decades.

While at IRMC, she carried many roles, starting as a surgical technician and eventually transitioning into the role of central processing supervisor. Allison holds a Medical Assistant and Surgical Technologist diploma and is certified in sterile processing.

Mr. Bryant Small has joined ICTC as the new Automotive Technology instructor. Small joins ICTC after 13 years in the Harmony School District as an English teacher and two years at Hiram G. Andrews as an automotive instructor.

We are pleased to welcome all new students and staff to the ICTC family and look forward to another great year!
