WESTOVER — Harmony High School’s annual Spring Social is Tuesday.

Shannon Dyda and Logan Sral, two juniors, are taking charge of the Spring Social as part of their senior project.

This year, instead of just cake and ice cream, Dyda and Sral are holding a spaghetti dinner from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. Spaghetti dinner tickets are $7 for adults and $4 for students. In addition to the spaghetti dinner, there will be a basket raffle.

All of the money raised will go toward a new scoreboard for the gymnasium, along with a memorabilia case in honor of Terry “Teach” Kruise, Harmony’s late junior high social studies teacher and varsity boys’ basketball coach. The case will have newspaper articles and photographs to remember Teach.

The elementary is holding a book fair, where books will be buy-one-get-one-free, and the elementary student council is going to have fun games set up in the hallway. Come and support Dyda and Sral’s senior project.

Prom is going to be held today at La Ferme Rouge in Patton.

The Grand March starts at 5:30 p.m. The 2014 theme is “Putting on the Glitz,” inspired by the 1920s.

The junior class has put in a lot of time and effort to make this prom a memorable one.
