Court scales 12

An Indiana woman has waived her right to a preliminary hearing on charges of possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession of a controlled substance and one traffic violation, and was released from the Indiana County Jail.

Tammy Eiselman, 53, had been in jail in lieu of $50,000 bond since her arrest on Aug. 1 by Indiana Borough police.

The arrest followed investigators finding contraband during a traffic stop on June 14 at 4:27 p.m. along the 500 block of Gompers Avenue.

By mutual agreement among the parties involved, Indiana Magisterial District Judge Guy B. Haberl released Eiselman on her own recognizance following a scheduled court appearance Thursday morning.
