KISKIMINETAS TOWNSHIP — A Clymer man was held in the Armstrong County Jail early Sunday after police said they discovered 150 stamp bags of heroin in his vehicle during a traffic stop on Route 56.

Kiski Township officers halted Charles King Sr. at 1:26 a.m. and charged him with a felony count of possession with intent to deliver drugs, misdemeanor counts of possession of drugs and paraphernalia and driving under the influence of drugs, and two summary traffic infractions, according to reports.

King, 49, was ordered to post $10,000 bond for his release and was sent to jail to await a preliminary hearing on July 15.
