Amy Lynn Pennington, 48, of Beyer, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, Nov. 5, 2019, at her residence.
The daughter of Marvin and Debra (Minich) Pennington, she was born April 10, 1971, in Indiana.
Amy was employed by One Hour Dry Cleaners and was also a caregiver. She was a hard worker and enjoyed playing video games. Amy will be remembered as a loving daughter, mother and grandmother.
Surviving are her parents; a son, Timmy (Brandy) Shank, Brockport; a daughter, Brittany Shank, Shelocta; grandchildren Colton and Charlotte Shank, Brockport; nieces Jessica Good, New Bethlehem, and Brooke Pennington, NuMine; brothers Steven (Cindy) Pennington, NuMine, and Jerry Pennington, Sagamore; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Amy was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Shank; brother Gregory Pennington; and maternal and paternal grandparents.
Friends will be received on Friday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the John A. Lefdahl Funeral Home.
A funeral service will be conducted on Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Lefdahl Chapel with the Rev. Micah McMillen officiating.
Interment in Sacred
Heart Cemetery will be private.
