Kenneth James Misko, 27, of Clymer, passed away Friday, Nov. 15, 2019, at UPMC Shadyside after a battle with cancer.
He was born Nov. 3, 1992, in Indiana.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his grandmother, Judy Ferrier, and great-grandmother, Marion Hadden.
He is survived by his father, James Misko, of Pine Flats; mother and stepfather Anissa (Ferrier) and Dennis Straw, of Marion Center; wife Tia (Adams), Clymer; son Tucker, Cookport; siblings: Mark Wetzel Jr., Marion Center; Ashley Wetzel, Northern Cambria; Denny Straw, Big Run; Josh Misko, Clymer; and Abby Misko, Clymer. He is also survived by his grandparents, Marcia Misko and Larry Luzier, Richard and Barbara Ferrier; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins; and his dogs Brutus and Blue.
He was employed as a welder with Komatsu Mining, Homer City. Kenneth was an avid outdoorsman, with a passion for archery, and played in various softball leagues. He attended Kinport Assembly of God Church.
Friends will be received at the Moriconi Funeral Home Inc., Northern Cambria, on Wednesday from 4 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m., followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m. with Pastor Cindy Rummel officiating. Interment will be made in McDowell Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.
