WARRENDALE — Indiana opened its hockey season with an 8-4 romp over Freeport in a PIHL Varsity A Northeast Division game Thursday.

Indiana led 8-0 before Freeport scored four goals.

Zack Brody, Danny Williams and Korbin Wilson each scored two goals to lead Indiana. Zach Eisenhower and Vinnie Sherry scored the others.

Colton Rayko and Williams each had two assists, and Zak wood, Eisenhower, Orlando Clark, Henry Wolfe, Wilson, Owen Lydick and Jack Mock each had one.

Seamus O’Connoe made 13 saves in goal.
